Information we process
To provide the service, Avaconnex may process account details such as a name, email, company and phone number; business data a customer enters about clients, employees, jobs, estimates and invoices; usage and log data; and support correspondence. Stripe handles payment-card information; Avaconnex does not store card numbers.
Why we use it
We use information to provide the service, manage accounts and billing, answer support requests, protect the service and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
AI-assisted features
When a customer chooses an AI-assisted feature, it may send call notes, template field catalogues or documents submitted for drafting to [PENDING: name Anthropic or use third-party model provider] to return a draft. The final policy must confirm the provider's retention terms and how a customer can decline to use the feature.
Service providers and location

Retention and security
