Who may use Avaconnex
Avaconnex is web-based construction-management software for business use. A person who creates an account must be at least 18 and authorised to bind their company. Each company has its own account; account administrators manage their users and are responsible for protecting account credentials.
The service and your responsibility
Avaconnex helps a contractor record leads, prepare estimates, manage jobs and create invoices. The contractor remains responsible for every estimate, contract, invoice and filing it sends or relies on. Features may change as the service develops.
Subscriptions, trial and cancellation — draft
If a trial is offered after the required product work is live, registration will require a payment card, the trial will last 30 days, and a subscription will convert to monthly billing unless cancelled. The final reviewed terms must state the price, tax treatment, notice for price changes, cancellation path, refund policy and the effective end-of-period rule. No prorated-refund or billing promise is final until legal review and launch configuration are complete.
Your data
You retain ownership of the business data you enter. We process it to provide the service. The final terms must specify the export process, backup treatment and deletion timing after cancellation: [PENDING: founder-confirmed post-cancellation retention period].
AI-assisted features
If you choose an AI-assisted feature, submitted notes or documents may be processed by [PENDING: name Anthropic or use third-party model provider] to return a draft. You review the result before using it; we do not guarantee that a draft is accurate, complete or suitable for a bid, contract or invoice.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful content, abuse it, attempt to reverse engineer it, resell it, or interfere with another customer's use. We may suspend an account for those reasons, breach or non-payment after the final policy is reviewed.
Legal review still required
Warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, termination, dispute resolution and the governing law of [PENDING: founder-confirmed governing state] require lawyer-approved language. Contact questions should go to admin@avaconnex.com.
